Sands China Mentors

As we continue to highlight our mentoring programs at our properties around the world, we turn to Macao and our team at Sands China Ltd., a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands. As part of the company’s Team Member Development platform, Sands China Leadership Academy has created an internal mentoring program. .

The Sands China Leadership Academy mentoring program is designed to identify high potential Team Members who are also interested in Sands China’s Individual Development Program. Once the Team Members are identified, they are paired with a senior executive to learn more about the infrastructure of a large operation and to hone the skills needed to take on a leadership role within the company. Over the past 18 months, eight Team Members have participated in the Individual Development Program and plans are currently in place to start the next round of the program later this year.
