1 Critical suppliers are those who are determined to have the ability to significantly impact business operations. These suppliers are sole or narrowly sourced, provide critical services, are sourced at a high volume or have specific ESG risk factors. 2 In 2019, our third-party audits found one labor incident in Asia that violated our Supplier Code of Conduct.
