Through Sands Academy, we provide our Team Members a range of courses, learning tools, coaching opportunities and one-on-one consulting to help them achieve their career goals, while making our departments stronger. Beginning with onboarding, a comprehensive experience through all our regions, and continuing through the length of employment, Sands Team Members are continually provided opportunities to grow and learn. From LinkedIn Learning at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, a collection of more than 4,500 free online courses, to the Learning Lab at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, which provides 24-hour access to e-learning, resume building and other career enrichment resources, Sands Academy is dedicated to providing comprehensive educational and career support.
Just as important is providing an environment rich with wellness resources that focus on the whole person. In striving to ensure our Team Members are successful, engaged and fulfilled, Sands promotes overall wellness, beyond even our outstanding medical benefits. Some properties offer 24/7, free fitness center access which includes instructor-led classes, while all our properties around the world offer free financial workshops and roadshows. Additionally, at each of our properties, we host events to encourage social connections and to foster good relationships, including the “Amazing Summer 2019” program in Macau, which featured parent-child yoga classes and other activities specifically designed to encourage parent-child interaction.
