Beyond our outstanding medical benefits that ensure Team Members have access to excellent healthcare options, Sands offers a variety of programs to promote overall wellness, including no-cost, on-site fitness centers; health, dental and vision screenings; and mental health referral services.

Financial Wellness

To assist Team Members in managing their financial health, we provide educational opportunities such as financial wellness workshops led by banking and investment professionals and banking roadshows to deliver information on various financial programs, including bank account setup.

Each of our properties hosts events to foster social connections and strong interpersonal relationships.
